Inclusivity for impact
We asked three awardees from Nigeria, Nepal, and Mexico about how they integrated inclusivity into their programme activities. These inspiring projects, which are part of the Skills for Safety programme, have recognised the importance of considering diverse perspectives and involving all stakeholders in their projects.
By putting students at the centre, addressing local challenges, providing equal access opportunities, and fostering collaborations, these projects are making a lasting impact in engineering education, safe engineering practices, and sustainable micro-mobility.
Read more below about best practices, lessons learned and outcomes of using an inclusive approach.
